Friends of Downtown

Friends of Downtown is an organization committed to enhancing downtown San Diego through community service, education and fellowship. The organization was established in 1990 and is designated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit. 

Friends of Downtown was established when the two co-founders, Eve Hager and Felicia Bell, realized the importance of sharing information with business women in the downtown community. These two dynamic women share the philosophy that a vibrant downtown is the heart of a stong city. 

Our membership is composed of people who are committed to supporting Downtown San Diego.
